CURRENT students need to request a copy of their transcript from Ms. Musselwhite (CHS Counselor).

GRADUATES of CHS, you will need to go to https://www.parchment.com to request a copy of your transcript. The fee is $3 and the process can take up to 7-10 days to expedite.
