Mission, Vision, Note from Principal

Our Vision:

The Lowndes County School District provides a superior educational system that challenges all students to attain their greatest intellectual, social, and personal potential.

Our Mission:

Challenge all students to attain their greatest potential.

Note from Principal:

August 17, 2016
Dear Parents:
We are on to the second nine-weeks of school. Now may be a good time to take a moment and reflect with your student on their grades and the importance of keeping on top of things. Goals need to be set for the remainder of this semester, as well as for the year. Keeping this information in the forefront of our students' minds allows them a better opportunity to stay focused.
Continue to encourage your student to take care of their MacBook, charger, backpack, textbooks, etc.  You may want to do a "check" of your child's MacBook periodically so that there are no surprises at the end of the year.
Also, please continue to express to your child the importance of compliance with all student handbook rules. We want to make  their experience at Caledonia Middle School as productive as possible.
If you should have any questions, please feel free to contact the Caledonia Middle School staff at 662-356-2042. From time to time, it  may be necessary for us to call you with messages through our Alert Now automated phone service. Please listen carefully to each of these to ensure that you have the  most up-to-date information concerning your child and CMS.
